Hello! I am passionate about helping people work through life’s challenges.

I have years of experience working with abuse, trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, loss and relationship challenges as well as a personal journey of overcoming adversity. I believe in the inherent strength in all of us and the potential for growth and healing.

Having witnessed the transformative power of a safe and supportive environment, I am committed to providing you with a non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, validated, and respected as you work towards taking back your life.

My goal is to empower you to not just survive, but truly thrive. We will work together towards a future of hope, healing, and self-discovery.
